Car Parking Permits
Residents permits are available to park in selected car parks. Non-resident permits are being renewed only - no new non-resident permits will be issued.

Please note that all annual permits now expire on the 31st March each year. For any permit, new or renewal, there will now be a monthly pro-rata charge for the remaining months of the permit's validity period. For the pro-rata charges please click HERE or alternatively you can confirm the amount to pay by contacting Customer Services on 01756 700600.

To apply for a permit you will need to complete an application form.  Please refer to the Car Parking Permits Conditions of Use before completing the form.

When applying for a Resident's Permit, we will need to see your driving licence.


Excess Charge Notices
Failure to observe the Pay & Display Regulations may result in an Excess Charge being issued.  If you receive a Excess Charge notice and wish to appeal against it, please write to our Car Parks Manager at The Council Offices, Granville Street, Skipton, BD23 1PS, or email parking@cravendc.gov.uk.
