For example the Harrogate and Craven Business Development Centre is there to provide free advice to anyone wishing to start their business or any business that has already been trading for less than 36 months.  For other businesses there is Business Link York and North Yorkshire.

The Council also works alongside its local business associations to help ensure that support is available at a very local level.
