Details of vacant industrial and commercial premises within Craven are available in the Council's Sites and Premises Register. 

The register is updated at regular intervals and lists land suitable for business development, as well as existing workshop and office accommodation available for rent or sale.  Each entry gives a brief description of the premises and contact details for follow-up enquiries.

This Register is published quarterly and aims to advise prospective new businesses or developers of any available sites and premises within the Craven District.  Information is supplied by estate agents, other organisations or individuals who have industrial and commercial land or property for sale or lease.  Please note that this Register is not a full comprehensive list of available sites within Craven District.  A new Register is due for publication at the end of January 2006.

The Council tries to ensure that the register is as comprehensive as possible, and therefore anyone wanting to advertise vacant business premises is able to include relevant details free of charge.
