NLIS is aimed at providing an online “one stop shop” in delivering land and property related information  to solicitors and conveyancers.

There are three levels of provision and this Local Authority is presently on level 2. 

Level 2 means searches are received electronically, manually processed and returned to solicitors by post or DX.
