There are two Books, each covering a six month period; January to June, and July to December, the pages of which are turned daily. The Books are inscribed by F G Marshall Ltd and entries are sent to them twice each year:-
- January to June - last date for entries is end of October
- July to December - last date for entries is end of April
Please note: For an entry to appear in the Book, an application must be submitted, entries are not automatically inscribed .
