Car Parking Permits
Residents permits are available to park in selected car parks. Non-resident permits are being renewed only - no new non-resident permits will be issued.

Please note that all annual permits now expire on the 31st of March each year. For any permit, new or renewal, there will now be a monthly pro-rata charge for the remaining months of the permit's validity period. To confirm the amount to pay please see the "Pro-Rata Permit Charge for each month" document on the right-hand menu.

To apply for a permit you will need to complete an application form.  Please refer to the Car Parking Permits Conditions of Use before completing the form.

When applying for a Resident's Permit, we will need to see your driving licence.

Car Parking Review 2009
Craven District Council is conducting a Car Parking Review across the district and is looking to gather the views of residents, businesses and employers on its approach. Please complete the Online Car Parking Survey to put forward your views. 

Excess Charge Notices
Failure to observe the Pay & Display Regulations may result in an Excess Charge being issued.  If you receive a Excess Charge notice and wish to appeal against it, please write to our Car Parks Manager at The Council Offices, Granville Street, Skipton, BD23 1PS, or email parking@cravendc.gov.uk.
