A scheme was approved by Government Office for Craven District Council to operate a local easy access grant scheme for projects of between £2,000 and £20,000.
This scheme is now closed.
An integral part of this scheme was aimed at the LDEP Steering Group representatives being the decision panel for grant applications being made. The over all aim of the scheme was to promote community-led economic and social regeneration in the designated communities. Total funding available through the scheme was £242,000. Each project could apply for no more than 50% of its total cost with the remaining 50% to be sought from other funding programmes.
