We will do our best to deal with your complaint quickly, fairly and efficiently. If you are not happy with something we have done, contact the Service Unit involved right away - it is often possible to put things right quickly without having to resort to a formal complaint. However, if you have contacted us and you are still not happy with what we have done you should make a formal complaint.
If you wish to make a formal complaint, you can get a complaint form from any of our offices, or fill out our comments & complaints form or email contactus@cravendc.gov.uk. We will acknowledge receipt of your comment or complaint within two working days and will aim to let you have a full reply within ten working days.
If you are not happy with the outcome from your formal complaint, then we will advise you how you can pursue your complaint with the Local Government Ombudsman.
