Our main strategic direction is set out in the Corporate Plan – a document which sets out the focus and priorities for the medium term. This is reviewed regularly to take into account changes in priorities and local needs. The corporate plan includes our vision and mission statement, together with our goals for the coming three years and the measures we will use to determine if we are on track to achieve those goals.
The Community Strategy provides a long-term shared vision for the future development of the District as agreed by a wide range of partner organisations. The annual Performance Plan gives details of our past performance and future targets.
