The Environmental Protection Team can take action to require the removal of noxious, toxic or verminous refuse, which has been dumped on privately owned land.

Fly tipping is illegal and an eyesore. If you spot a fly tipper in action please note as many details as possible including the date, time, location, registration number of any vehicles involved and the type of waste being tipped.
