Building Control Applications
As well as the traditional paper based application forms the Building Control section can now accept applications on-line.
Initially to access the forms you will need to know the password, this can be obtained by using the registration form or by contacting the Building Control Section as shown below, once you have the password you can then access the forms at your own convenience.
When the application has been received you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt, the application will then be validated and registered, following this the relevant fee will be requested (as a guide our current charges are available to download), this fee must be received before a formal decision can be made on the application.
From 1st December 2008 the VAT on all applications other than Regularisation Certificates will be calculated at 15% - new list of charges is available to download.
Please note: for any applications that are received on-line we will reduce the submission fee by £5.00.
Any plans need to be transferred to PDF format and need to be clearly marked with the scale of drawings and for purposes of printing please indicate the original paper size, i.e. A4, A3, A1 etc.
(Please do not submit CAD files, transfer all image files to PDF format).
