To ensure that your work is constructed in accordance with the Building Regulations we will require notification for inspection at the stages shown below, this can be done by using the Site Inspection Request form or by contacting us as shown:
- Commencement of Work
- Excavation of Foundations
- Foundation Concrete
- Oversite
- Damp Proof Course
- Roof/Building carcass
- Drains laid (laid)
- Drains (test)
- Occupation
- Completion of Work
It may be that the inspections outlined above are not applicable to your particular scheme, in this case please agree the relevant stages with the Building Control Surveyor at the commencement stage.
Additionally other inspections may be made from time to time to check particular aspects of construction when requested by the person carrying out work.
This information will be included with your Building Regulation Approval, or the acknowledgement of Building Notice.
