Planning Appointment System To View Archived Planning Files With Effect From 1st December 2009

When are appointments available?

Appointments are available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday all day between 10am - 12 noon and 2pm - 4pm. Monday afternoon between 2pm and 4.30pm and Friday mornings 10am whilst 12 noon.

What are the benefits of making an appointment?

The appointment system is intended to provide an effective and efficient service for members of the public who wish to view archived planning files. By making an appointment you are able to view the file you have requested on your chosen date. Some files may not be available to view on a 'call in' basis.

How to make an appointment

If you wish to make an appointment please download the Planning Appointment Booking Form.

Post the completed form to the team at the address below or attach it to an email and send it to
planning@cravendc.gov.uk

If you are unable to attend your appointment please contact the Planning Team 24 hours beforehand.
