Recent Consultations:
The public consultation period on new Planning Guidance on Rural 'Live/Work' Units ended on Friday 15th May 2009. The Guidance will now be amended to take account of comments received during the consultation period and will be finalised by Summer 2009, subject to Council Members approval at Policy Committee. The Guidance will provide advice on both the conversion of traditional buildings, such as barns, to live/work units and the construction of new build live/work units.
