Why not spend some time with us?
Craven District is one of the most sparsely populated areas in England - and one of the most beautiful.

About one third of the district is designated Yorkshire Dales National Park, with opportunities for leisurely walking, serious hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, canoeing, caving.  If adrenalin-fuelled adventure is not your cup of tea, we have a great range of more relaxing activities, including beautiful market towns and villages, excellent pubs, restaurants and tea shops.  There are activities for all the family, including steam railways, activity centres, a falconry centre and much, much more to discover.

As you are visiting us, you might recognise some of the sights from the internationally acclaimed film 'the Calendar Girls'.
