Electoral Services consists of two elements - Elections and Electoral Registration.

Electoral Services are responsible for:

• Compilation and publication of the Register of Electors for the District
• Publishing monthly lists of additions and deletions from the Register of Electors
• Dealing with requests for postal and proxy votes
• Organising elections and referendums
• Assisting with boundary reviews
• Providing help and practical advice to all customers on the registration process and voting
