Online bookings feedback

We are looking to hear the views of customers about our online bookings that was launched in December 2014, now that you've had a chance to 'have a go'. We now want to know how we can improve it, so we've designed a short survey which will help us to determine what we do next.

We promise to share the full results of the survey and do our best to match your expectations.

Active Network

Active Network provides access to 22 leisure centres from the North West of England, by joining one centre it gives you access to other local centre's within the scheme and the good news is that it is at no extra cost to customers. So if you are out and about (at work or taking a break) you'll be able to use the facilities listed within this link here.

The facilities include:

- 19 gyms
- 18 swimming pools
- over 300 classes/week
- 20 steam rooms, saunas or spa facilities.

On your first visit to a new centre you'll be asked to completed a short registration form and the centres will give you free access.

We have changed the way in which we take our direct debits, normally we take direct debits in arrears. Any new memberships will be asked to make a pro-rota payment to cover the cost of their membership until their first direct debit. The pro-rota payment will depend on the day of the month that you join and the type of membership that you choose.

The figures are worked out automatically online and are displayed to you before you commit to the membership. Your first direct debit will always include a pro-rota payment, but then you'll see the regular payments thereafter.
