Fly Tipping
Fly tipping is illegal and an eyesore. The Council can take action to require the removal of noxious, toxic or verminous refuse, which has been dumped on privately owned land.
Craven District Council is committed to providing the highest level of service to all our customers. Unfortunately, we don't get it right every time. The purpose of the Complaints Procedure is to make sure we "right the wrongs" and continually improve our services.
Craven District Council's Planning Enforcement team are responsible for investigating alleged cases of development that have been undertaken without the necessary permission, or not in accordance with the conditions of a permission.
