If you offer acupuncture, you must be registered with us (including the premises if applicable). Once registered, you will be issued with a certificate of registration.

- Acupuncture, (Premises) £106.70
- Acupuncture, (Personal) £50.90
You must provide specific information including details of your premises and any previous convictions for practicing without a licence in this field.
