Report a missed recycling/refuse collection

If your recycling or household waste has been missed, please complete this form to inform us.  Please note that we operate a no side waste policy, therefore any wastes not placed inside the green bin or lilac bags will not be collected and is not classed as a missed collection.  This does not apply to recycling/green waste collections.

    14. If yes, please remove any items which we would not collect from the bins / bags before your next collection.
