Comprehensive Performance Assessment
Comprehensive Area Assessment replaced Comprehensive Performance Assessment in April 2009 and was abolished in 2010. Comprehensive Area Assessment (CAA) examined how well councils were working together with other public bodies to meet the needs of the people they serve.
