Bannister Wood (Area A) and land adjacent to Acre Road (Area B) as detailed on the plan submitted by Cowling Parish Council on 12 February 2013 will not be included on the Register of Community Assets as the Director of Services does not consider the land in the application meets the definition of an asset of community value as set out in Section 88 of the Localism Act 2011.

Land bordered by Raikes Road/ White Hills Lane and the A65 as detailed on the plan submitted by Keep Skipton Green on 28 August 2013 will not be included on the Register of Community Assets as the Director of Services does not consider the land in the application meets the definition of an asset of community value as set out in Section 88 of the Localism Act 2011.

Madge Bank Field and Barn as detailed on the plan submitted by Cononley Parish Council on 27 February 2014 will not be included on the Register of Community Assets as the Member Panel consider that the information provided by the applicant regarding the community value of the site does not meet the definition of an asset of community value as set out in Section 88 of the Localism Act 2011.

Queens Arms Site in Litton

Queens Arms site in Litton as detailed in the plan submitted by Keighley & Craven CAMRA Branch on 19 February 2016 will not be included on the Register of Community Assets as following a review of the original decision, the Chief Executive of Craven District Council considered that the information provided by the applicant regarding the community value of the site did not meet the definition of an asset of community value as set out in Section 88 of the Localism Act 2011.
