RIP is a 60-minute barbell programme for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels.


Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level. Please attend 15 minutes prior to the class if you are new to Pump classes and the instructor will brief you before the class on techniques needed.

All classes cost £5.20 per session and all are available within the full Online Registration and signup link at no extra cost. We do not have concessionary rates for any instructor led classes.
