Development Control

Development Control primarily deals with planning applications and similar consents. Within these pages you can find information on viewing current and past planning applications, commenting on planning applications, making an application, and obtaining advice on the need for planning permission.

Before you carry out any development it is advisable to establish whether planning permission is required.  If so then an application should be submitted to the Council for consideration.
