Grass cutting

The current Grounds Maintenance contract is managed by theProperty and Asset's Department.

The new contract has an improved standard of specification, which will provide a solid base to further enhance the parks and open spaces across the district.

The district is well endowed with local parks and recreation areas, the majority of which are owned and run by Parish Councils.

As well as grass cutting, a wide range of horticultural tasks are undertaken including maintaining the key amenities of Aireville Park and Waltonwray's Cemetery and Crematorium.
