Outdoor activity centres

Provision of outdoor activity centres for use by schools, groups or individuals. There are many centres across the Craven District. There are commercial, charity/voluntary and school-run centres.

Because Craven District includes a large part of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, there is a very wide and diverse range of outdoor activities that can be undertaken.
This ranges from Climbing, Caving, Walking, Geocaching, Scrambling, Horse riding, Sailing, Cycling and Mountain Biking. 
There are several sports clubs in Craven that offer such activities and these are listed on the Sports Club Directory page.
