Household waste disposal sites

Information about Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) provided by North Yorkshire County Council.

There are two Household Waste Recycling Centres in Craven.  These sites are operated by North Yorkshire County Council and are located at:

  • Sowarth Field Industrial Estate, Settle, BD24 9AB

You can take most types of household wastes for safe disposal/or recycling.  This includes waste that we are unable to collect from the kerbside as part of the bulky household waste collection service.
