Further to the announcement, regarding Covid 19, and the relaxation to lockdown we have reviewed the amount of mourners we can accommodate within the chapel for cremation and burial services.
From Monday 6th July the capacity within the chapel will be 15 attendees in order to comply with the governments 2 metre social distancing. We are further permitting 15 attendees outside the chapel. Allowing 30 attendees to a service.
We kindly ask that you still adhere to guidance regarding social distancing, please do not attend if you are showing any signs of Covid 19.
Our webcasting service, which is available up to 28 days after the service, is available for all chapel services, please contact the family and their Funeral Director for more information.
Our Book of Remembrance Chapel is open as usual.
We sincerely apologise for any distress this will cause however, we have a duty of care to everyone attending our services and the staff working at the crematorium.
Appointments for families to lay to rest their loved ones' cremated remains within our cemeteries falls under the new government “rule of 6” regulations and therefore we request that no more than 6 persons attend an appointment. The same regulations apply for families visiting their loved ones' resting places within our cemeteries.

Ingleton Cemetery opened in 1882 and is located on Clapham Old Road, Ingleton, Via Carnforth, Lancashire, LA5 3JA about 1 mile out of the village of Ingleton.
There is no car park for the Cemetery however cars can park on Clapham Old Road.

The first burial can take place at Ingleton Cemetery at 12:00pm and the last at 3:00pm, Monday to Friday. Weekends are available on request, Saturdays ONLY.
