Classes and bookings
The live class timetable and availability are shown on our online bookings system. (Registration is free to casual customers and members).

How do I book a class?
You can book classes via the login button on our website page or on the reception desk at the centre You'll just need your email address and password handy to log in.
Classes become available on-line to book at 6.15am, 7 days before.
All casual customers must pre-pay for any classes at the time of a booking, as due to the high demand we cannot reserve classes. Members secure a booking by giving a valid membership number.
Booking and Cancellations
1 All bookings can be made online (with an email address) or at the Centre (7 days in advance), however all customers must be registered.
2 We reserve the right to limit customers’ bookings via a fair usage policy, for example one class type per day.
3 All bookings are on a first come first served basis.
4 Customers cannot make a booking for other members/customers.
5 All Pay-as-you-go customers must pay at the time of booking.
6 All attendees must register their attendance at least 5 minutes before it starts (either at reception or at the kiosk), any customers that do not attend or are late
may have their place re-sold or they may be declined access. Your booking will be treated as cancelled.
7 Member cancellations: All bookings require a minimum of 3 hours cancellation and;
a) If you give 3 hours notice your class will be cancelled and can be offered to another customer, you will not be charged
b) If you fail to give 3 hours notice, you will be charged the class fee and your booking privilege will be revoked until the payment has been made. If you do not attend a
booking you will receive a strike. 3 strikes in any rolling 28 days will result in a 7 day booking ban.
8 Pay as you go cancellations: Bookings require a minimum of 3 hours cancellation and;
a) If you give 3 hours notice your class will be cancelled and can be offered to another customer, you will not be charged, a credit will be applied to your casual
profile to use at another time. We do not offer refunds in cash.
b) If you fail to give 3 hours notice, you will lose your class fee and your booking privileges will be revoke until the class fee has been paid.
9 Cancellations can be made online via an online profile or app. Bookings will usually be available 7 days in advance & bookable from 6.15am
We are considering changing our policies on bookings and cancellations. We know that some customers are frustrated by others block booking classes and cancelling at short notice. The bookings policy has been reviewed based on members survey results from our last 2 surveys conducted in 2018. The policy is with council members and will be decided on very soon (May 2019).
