Q. How can I check development was implemented in accordance with the approved details?

A. On 06 April 2008 the government introduced charges for requests for confirmation that conditions have been complied with.

The Local Planning Authority would require a covering letter specifying the application reference number (s), a site location plan and the relevant fee.

Your request should be emailed to planning@cravendc.gov.uk.  A member of the support team will get in touch regarding making the payment. Alternatively, a cheque, made payable to Craven District Council and the request details can be sent to Development Management, Craven District Council, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ.

Once all elements have been received, your request will be validated. There is a national target of up to 8 weeks for a response to be given.
