National and local planning validation requirements
As a Local Planning Authority, Craven District Council may request supporting information to accompany a planning application.
The Authority provides a chargeable pre-application advice service which gives detailed advice from planning officers on development proposals.
Some planning applications may require the completion of a planning legal agreement before permission can be issued.
In some cases, a Financial Viability report will be required as part of the determining of the planning application.
