Local Information Requirements
A planning statement sets out relevant supporting information and justification for the proposed development and explains how the proposal meets local and national planning policy requirements.
The Council has to consider the conservation of biodiversity when deciding a planning application. This includes the protection of protected species, designated sites, habitats and geological features.
