The service identifies the relevant planning policies and constraints to development, as well as an assessment of the proposal, including the likelihood of whether it will be supported, suggested amendments and details of what information needs to be submitted with the application. Please note that the Council during the pre-application stage does not involve interested parties or consult with external bodies.
