In fulfilling its responsibilities under the Public Sector Equality Duty, the council has undertaken an equality impact assessment (EqIA) of the plan. The latest iteration of the EqIA was published in February 2019, alongside the proposed Main Modifications. The council has produced an Addendum to that EqIA, below, which covers the Further Main Modifications now proposed. Comments on the EqIA Addendum are welcomed, but must be submitted separately to representations on the Further Main Modifications. Therefore, please do not use the Representation Form, above, to submit comments on the EqIA Addendum - instead, please send them in an email to localplan@cravendc.gov.uk.
