Clapham cum Newby Parish Council - Application to Designate a Neighbourhood Area
Start Date: Monday 18th June 2018
End date: Monday 30th July 2018
In accordance with the Localism Act 2011, Clapham cum Newby Parish Council has submitted a formal proposal to designate a neighbourhood area, which is an initial step in the preparation of a neighbourhood plan. This is not consultation on the neighbourhood plan itself, which has yet to be prepared by the parish council, but an opportunity to comment on the proposed area that the neighbourhood plan will cover. Only people who live, work or carry on business in the proposed neighbourhood area (the parish of Clapham cum Newby) are eligible to comment.
Comments on the application must be received no later than the end date, above, and may be submitted by email or post to firstname.lastname@example.org or the Planning Policy Team, Craven District Council, 1 Belle Vue Square, Skipton, BD23 1FJ.
