  • Consultation on draft Gargrave Neighbourhood Development Plan - Gargrave Parish Council has submitted its draft neighbourhood plan, which is now out for public consultation. Full details are available on our Planning policy consultations webpage.

  • Consultation on proposed neighbourhood area - Clapham cum Newby Parish Council has applied for designation of a neighbourhood area, which is the first formal step in the preparation of a neighbourhood plan. The application is currently out for consultation and full details are available on our Planning policy consultations webpage.

  • Submission of the Draft Craven Local Plan - Following publication in January 2018, the draft Craven Local Plan has now been submitted to the Secretary of State. He has appointed a Planning Inspector to conduct an independent examination of the plan, which will include consideration of representations made during publication. Please visit our New local plan webpage and select 2018 to see full details of the local plan submission.   • Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) - Following recent consultation, the revised SCI has now been adopted.
