Authority monitoring reports

Monitoring the effectiveness of the local plan in achieving its objectives

Monitoring is part of the plan-making process and provides an understanding of the social, economic and environmental factors influencing the area and a measurement of the effect that local plan policies are having. Our Authority Monitoring Report (previously called Annual Monitoring Report) helps us to determine whether or not any change to policy is required in order to make it more effective. The current and previous AMRs are available below - select a report to download a copy. Documents have been numbered in order to assist referencing and communications between parties during the local plan examination.
