Evidence verifying the information included in the application as can be provided, such as:

Supporting Statement: The burden of proof in a lawful development certificate lies with the applicant and, therefore sufficient evidence and information should be included within the statement to demonstrate the development applied for in a clear, precise and unambiguous way. 

Photographs, preferably labelled with the date and time they were taken.

Utility bills.

Tenancy agreements.

Business accounts.

Sworn Affidavit(s): From people with personal knowledge of the specific use or development subject of the application.
