Site/Block Plan - Existing and Proposed Note: The proposed layout of the site e.g. parking areas or recreational spaces should be indicated on the proposed site plan.  The boundary of the site/block plan should match the red outline of the site location plan

Planning Statement to explain why the change of use is being requested and whether there will be any negative impact on the area in doing so.  Also whether you have investigated the planning history to see if there are any restrictive planning conditions that would restrict the change.
