Disruption to waste collections due to weather conditions
We hope to catch up with collections on Monday 18 January providing weather conditions improve, therefore please leave your bin/sacks out, we will catch up as soon as we can.

Before you start
This form is to be used for reporting domestic missed collections only, for any commercial missed collections please contact our Customer Services team on 01756 700600.
Please make sure that your collection has been missed:
The collection crew could be behind schedule. Please wait until after 4pm on the day of your scheduled collection before reporting. Our staff can often collect later in the day a a collection has been earlier that morning. Any reports made before 4pm on the same day of collection will not be actioned.
Were your bins left outside and accessible at the edge of your property before 6.30 on your collection day?
Has your bin been tagged or labelled as contaminated by our staff? That means it contains waste we can’t dispose of. Please don’t report this as a missed collection – remove the contaminated waste and we'll collect the bin on the next scheduled round.
