12 week fitness challenge

Join our 12 week fitness challenge for your chance to win 3 months free membership

Do you need to kick start your fitness after the summer break?

The 12 week fitness challenge is a simple and easy way to achieve your fitness goals with help and support from the Craven Leisure fitness team. We will work with you to devise a personalised training plan. This will be reviewed every 4 weeks by you and a member of our fitness team.

Benefit from:

  • A full body analysis including weight, height, BMI and body fat every 4 weeks
  • A Free 30 minute 1 to 1 sessions with a member of our fitness team every 4 weeks
  • Health tips and guidance on how to improve your fitness

Free to members. Non-members can pay per session (£6.50 standard price, £5.00 for concessions and £4.80 for juniors) to work out in the gym and also join our challenge.

The winning male and female will be drawn at random from the members that have completed the challenge. To complete the challenge members must submit their completed log card for entry into the prize draw by 14 December 2018. You must signup before 14 September to join the challenge.
