All exercise classes cost £5.45 per session and most are available within the full memberships at no extra cost.

How do I book a class?

You can book classes via the login button on our website page or on the reception desk at the centre You'll just need your email address and password handy to log in.

Classes become available on-line to book at 6.15am, 7 days before.

All casual customers must pre-pay for any classes at the time of a booking, as due to the high demand we cannot reserve classes. Members secure a booking by giving a valid membership number.

A minimum 3hrs+ cancellation notice is always required, otherwise you will be charged for the class and your bookings restricted (see cancellation policy & T&C's)

Booking and Cancellations

We are considering changing our policies on bookings and cancellations. We know that some customers are frustrated by others block booking classes and cancelling at short notice. Please take a few moments to give your views.

Bookings and Cancellations Consultation - Survey

Most of our exercise classes, GP referrals, fitness inductions and fitness reviews need to be booked in advance. We understand that from time to time customers may need to cancel a class and our policy is explained here.

All customers can book up to 7 days in advance (after 6.15am). The fastest method is to book online.

All casual (pay as you go) customers must pay for the class at the time of the booking, they can do this online.

All classes require a minimum notice of 3 hours for cancellation.

Any customer that cancels a class cannot re-book the same class for the next week. They can only book 6 days in advance (after 6.15am). This will give other customers the opportunity to book a class. The receptionist will not accept any 7 day booking from that customer. Casual customers will be given a credit to the value of their payment to used at another time or for goods at the pool.

Any customer that cancels a class within less than the minimum cancellation notice period (regardless of their status, including members) must pay the the class fee for the cancelled class (£5.20) before being allowed to book classes again. Casual customers will lose their fee altogether.

Any customer that fails to show for a class and does not give any notice will be charged for the class (£5.20) and at the discretion of the Manager will have the corresponding class cancelled (for the next week, if booked).

For example: if you book a bodypump class for Monday at 7pm and do not attend (or call), if you are booked onto the same class at the same time the following week, this too will be cancelled by us.

Customers must report for each class (at reception), otherwise we may think that you are a 'no show' and you could be charged for non-attendance.
