The Environmental Services Manager will act as adviser to officers and elected members on regulatory matters, implementing high quality customer-focused services that adopt recognised best practice, whilst leading the Environmental Health and Waste Management Services.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate who has a strong commitment to transforming services. Experience of effectively managing resources, delivering sustainable high quality services and large scale projects on time and on budget is essential.
The successful candidate will work as part of the Council’s Senior Leadership Team and assist the Director of Services in dealing with Members, Officers and Partners.
Many of our staff work flexibly in many different ways, including part time and we would equally welcome applications from candidates who wish to work on a part time basis.
