3.10. Community infrastructure levy (CIL)

(a)   Is there a CIL charging schedule?

3.10. (a)

No. The Council commissioned an Affordable Housing and Community Infrastructure Levy Viability Study in 2013 which made recommendations on the content of a preliminary Draft Charging Schedule.  However, the Council has not yet progressed to any formal decision to prepare or introduce a CIL Charging Schedule.

3.11. Conservation area
