Please note that the Duckling swimming lessons on Tuesday mornings are now 11am – 12:00 in the small pool (from 22.04.25)
The main pool, steam and sauna is exclusively ladies only between 10am – 11:00am. from 22.04.25
All lane swims are for Adults aged 15+
Junior lane swims are for competent swimmers aged 10-14years only no adults allowed in during this session
