Welcome back to the pool!
Are you as excited to get back into the pool as we are?
The Craven Leisure pool reopened on Saturday July 25th and you can now book swim sessions online.
Before you head to the pool we need to make you aware that there will be some changes to how these sessions operate and also how we will ask you to use the facility.
These measures will help us to ensure the safety and health and wellbeing of all our staff and facility users. Please read the information below carefully.

Book your swim session
You need to book your swim sessions online.
Swim sessions will be pre-bookable up to 3 days in advance.
In this period we will need to limit the number of users in the facility at any one time and also the amount of users in the pool.
We have created the ability for you to pre-book and pay for a time slot in one of our swim sessions throughout the day. Just select 'lane swimming' then pick your time slot. You will also need to select the correct lane speed, either slow, medium or fast.
All lane swim sessions will be a maximum of 45 mins in duration which will allow us time to clear the pool hall and clean before the next session begins.
Booking for swim and gym sessions are available online now.
If you do not already have a membership with us then sign up for a casual users' membership which will give you the ability to book and pre-pay online with us.
Before arriving for your swim
Please do not come to the facility if you are showing any symptoms of Covid-19 (temperature, cough, difficulty breathing, or anosmia - loss of taste or smell).
We will be asking you to queue outside of the building before your session. Where possible please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your session to keep the queue to a minimum and if you are early then please wait in your car.
To reduce time spent in changing areas, please consider the following guidance:

Resting. Whether stopping for a rest or catching your breath after completing your swim, please be mindful that others using the lane will want to keep on swimming without stopping; so keep yourself to the edge of the lane allowing others to turn at the wall, turning your head away and allowing others to maintain social distancing measures.
Stay hydrated. Bring your own ‘pre-filled’ water bottle on to the poolside during your swim.
On finishing your session
Please ensure you leave the building in a timely manner.
Our team will notify you when your session has ended and we would ask that you leave the pool on time. Our showers will be closed for the time being and we ask that you shower at home. This will help to keep the time used in the changing area to a minimum and the changeover time can be maintained.
The next session will begin when the pool hall has emptied and cleaned. Again, we ask that all pool users aid us in keeping the changeover time to a minimum.
When you leave the pool hall follow the signage and always keep to the right of any walkways where possible.
