If you're serious about working out, our personal trainers can help push you to the next level of fitness!

All our personal trainers are qualified to a minimum Level 3. This means they follow all the latest thinking and use specialist knowledge based on scientific research. In short, they mix theory and practice to help you to meet your fitness goals.

Of course we're not talking about angry drill sergeants; our personal trainers are friendly, supportive experts. They will work with you to find the best way for you to work out and to make sure you still enjoy it!

A 1-to-1 PT session costs just £26.25 you will need to pre-pay to make a booking at main reception, please speak to your PT on the gym floor for availability

*Please note there is a minimum cancellation period of 12hours. If you cancel within 12 hours , you will not be refunded.

  • I am a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and a group fitness instructor; teaching classes like Spin, HIIT/Tabata, Circuits, Bootcamp, Legs Bums and Tums etc.

    I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years and helped numerous clients achieve their health and fitness goals, one of which was to run a half-marathon.  

    I myself enjoy keeping fit and active and have completed the Spartan Race twice, the Tough Mudder, and cycled the length of France on a hybrid bike while carrying in my panniers my tent, spare clothes and food.

    I consider myself a friendly and down to earth person who is easy to get on with and will do my best to make your personal training sessions effective and fun.  

    I offer a free consultation prior to any exercise taking place, which will give us time get to know each other and discuss your health and fitness goals.
