An Improvement Board chaired by the Lead Member for Planning, comprising the Chair of Planning Committee, senior officers and representatives from the Local Government Association (LGA) has been established to consider and develop key areas in the Planning Improvement Action Plan.
The Action Plan is split into four main themes and contains a number of recommendations for improvement.
The themes are as follows;
- Strengthening Leadership;
- Working with Partners;
- Member Development; and
- Service Improvement.
